How Houseware is Transforming Digital Experience

Workflows were supposed to streamline work - unhindered, automated, taking lesser resources but delivering high-quality output. However, in the last decade, with the rapid growth of the Martech ecosystem, workflows have turned into cumbersome processes that take time away from us rather than enabling us to collaborate and do more.

The problem is clear as day—the current tools used by the digital experience team to tailor consumers' journeys fall short. As consumers' touch points, mediums, and needs are changing rapidly, this calls for a fundamental shift in our digital experience tools.

We strongly believe that progress in AI can really improve our workflow. It can do this smoothly, without marketers being dependent, and help achieve the only talked-about concepts like 100% personalization, attribution optimization, etc.

We propose creating AI agents to handle the heavy lifting, freeing teams to focus on what matters most: improving customer acquisition and crafting better user experiences across all online and offline touchpoints.

What Are “AI Agents”?

AI agents are specific applications based on LLMs that can perform tasks for users, similar to how a human would. For example, an AI agent for digital marketing is a “digital ad copywriter”. These systems can generate ad copy for marketing campaigns using basic information about the campaign provided as text — just as if you were talking to a team member!

Houseware’s AI Agents for the Digital Experience Space

AI agents can help teams enhance their efficiency across different vectors. These agents can connect to the organization's existing tool stack and help carry out standard workflows (e.g., for monitoring marketing campaigns) or research to drive deeper insights (e.g., for campaign planning).

For product marketing teams

  1. Segmentation: A conversational AI agent that helps you identify and create precise user segments in natural language. It also gives the exact segment config and the ability to tweak it. Once approved by the user, it generates the segment list, which can be downloaded or directly synced to email marketing tools like Hubspot.

Building these AI agents at Houseware has been a fascinating journey. We've learned that the key to effective AI in digital experience lies not just in automation but in creating tools that truly augment human behavior and decision-making. AI should solve complex problems without complicating the process for marketing professionals.
